Warranty Policy

ENDORA warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Replacement products may be new or refurbished to equivalent standards.

To submit a warranty claim:

• Email us at hello@endoravinyl.com with your order number and a description of the issue
• Include photos or a short video showing the defect
• We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps
• Approved claims will receive a prepaid return label (EU orders)

Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase — it's required for all warranty claims.

Stylus cleaning gels, replacement pads, and other consumable items are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase, provided they have been stored correctly and used as intended.

Depletion of consumable materials through normal use is not covered under warranty.
