Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times below are counted from dispatch, not from the moment of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.

All shipments are fully tracked. Your tracking link is sent via email at dispatch and is also visible in My Account → Orders.

We ship with DHL and PostNL depending on destination and service level.
Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card and typically make one further attempt the following business day. After that, parcels are held at your local depot for 7 days before being returned to us.
If your order is returned to us, we'll contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for any reason — no questions asked.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact (inner box, inserts, accessories)
- Styli and cartridges must be in original sealed packaging with the protective stylus guard fitted
- Cleaning fluids and consumables must be unopened
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
A stylus that has been mounted and played cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Please test the fit before playing — we're happy to answer compatibility questions before you open the packaging.
How to Return
Initiate your return
Go to My Account → Orders and click "Request Return" next to the relevant order. Alternatively, contact us directly with your order number.
Receive your label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 hour (during business hours). Free returns apply to all EU orders.
Pack and drop off
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it at any designated carrier drop-off point. You'll receive a tracking number for the return shipment.
Refund processed
We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the return. The amount is returned to your original payment method.

Timing
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return at our warehouse. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds will appear on your statement within:
- Credit/debit card: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–2 business days
- Bank transfer (WERO): 2–4 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was sent (missing accessories, damaged packaging), we may apply a partial refund. We'll always communicate this before processing and give you the option to have the item returned to you instead.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? When initiating your return, select "Exchange" and specify the item you'd like instead. We'll dispatch the replacement as soon as we process the return. If the replacement item is higher value, we'll request the difference; if lower, we'll refund the difference.
Warranty
What's Covered
All ENDORA products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:
- Material defects (cracking, delamination, corrosion not caused by use)
- Structural failures under normal use conditions
- Electrical faults in cables and active components
- Stylus tip detachment within the first 12 months
What's Not Covered
- Normal stylus wear from use (typically 500–1000 hours)
- Damage from incorrect installation or excessive tracking force
- Cosmetic wear (surface marks, patina on leather and brass)
- Damage from liquid exposure or dropping
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
Making a Warranty Claim
Contact us with your order number and photographs or a short video showing the defect. We'll assess within 4 hours and arrange repair or replacement — we do not require you to return the item in most cases.

We currently ship to 34 countries across Europe, as well as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us — we can often arrange a shipment.

Delivery times for international orders are counted from the dispatch date. Customs clearance may add additional days for non-EU destinations.
Customs & Import Duties
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We mark all international shipments with accurate commercial values.
