2. Toepasselijkheid

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod van ENDORA en op elke tot stand gekomen overeenkomst op afstand tussen ENDORA en de consument. Afwijkingen zijn alleen geldig indien uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk overeengekomen.

3. Aanbod en totstandkoming overeenkomst

Alle aanbiedingen zijn vrijblijvend. Een overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat u een orderbevestiging per e-mail ontvangt. Prijzen zijn in euro's inclusief BTW; verzendkosten zijn zichtbaar vóór het afronden van de bestelling.

4. Herroepingsrecht (retourrecht)

Op grond van artikel 6:230o BW heeft u het recht uw bestelling zonder opgaaf van reden te annuleren binnen 14 kalenderdagen na ontvangst.

• Stuur binnen de herroepingstermijn een e-mail naar hello@endoravinyl.com.
• Producten dienen ongebruikt en in originele staat te worden geretourneerd.
• Retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de consument, tenzij het product defect of verkeerd geleverd is.
• Terugbetaling (inclusief oorspronkelijke verzendkosten) binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retour.

Uitgesloten: op maat gemaakte producten (art. 6:230p sub c BW).

5. Levering

Levertijden zijn indicatief. Risico en eigendom gaan over op het moment van levering. ENDORA is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen door douane of overmacht.

6. Betaling

Wij accepteren Visa, Mastercard, PayPal en WERO. Betalingen worden veilig verwerkt via Stripe Inc. (PCI DSS). ENDORA slaat uw volledige betalingsgegevens niet op.

7. Conformiteit en garantie

Op grond van artikel 7:17 BW dient het product te beantwoorden aan de overeenkomst. De wettelijke garantietermijn is 2 jaar na levering. Zie onze garantiepagina voor meer informatie.

8. Aansprakelijkheid

De aansprakelijkheid van ENDORA is beperkt tot het aankoopbedrag. ENDORA is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of gevolgschade, tenzij sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid. Aansprakelijkheid voor dood of persoonlijk letsel als gevolg van nalatigheid kan niet worden uitgesloten.

9. Klachten en geschillen

Klachten kunt u richten aan hello@endoravinyl.com. Wij streven naar beantwoording binnen 14 dagen. Bij onopgeloste geschillen kunt u terecht bij de Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (www.thuiswinkel.org) of het EU ODR-platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

10. Toepasselijk recht

Op alle overeenkomsten is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement van vestiging van ENDORA, tenzij dwingend consumentenrecht anders voorschrijft.

11. Intellectueel eigendom

Alle inhoud op de website — teksten, foto's, logo's, productnamen en software — is eigendom van ENDORA of haar licentiegevers en beschermd door auteursrecht. Reproductie zonder schriftelijke toestemming is niet toegestaan.

12. Wijzigingen

ENDORA behoudt zich het recht voor deze voorwaarden te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie is beschikbaar op onze website. Op bestaande overeenkomsten blijven de geldende voorwaarden van toepassing.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by ENDORA and to every distance contract concluded between ENDORA and the consumer. Deviations are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

3. Offer and Formation of Agreement

All offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email. Prices are in euros including VAT; shipping costs are stated separately and visible before completing the order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code to cancel your order without stating reasons within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

• Notify us within the withdrawal period by email to hello@endoravinyl.com.
• Products must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
• We will refund all payments (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the return.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal: products made to order or customised for you (Art. 6:230p(c) Dutch Civil Code).

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery. ENDORA is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services or force majeure.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and WERO. All payments are securely processed via Stripe Inc. (PCI DSS). ENDORA does not store your full payment details.

7. Conformity & Warranty

Under Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code, delivered products must conform to the contract. The statutory warranty period for consumers is 2 years from delivery for defects present at the time of delivery. See our warranty page for details.

8. Liability

ENDORA's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. ENDORA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence cannot be excluded.

9. Complaints & Disputes

Please direct complaints to hello@endoravinyl.com. We aim to respond within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (www.thuiswinkel.org) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

10. Applicable Law

All contracts are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in ENDORA's district, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ENDORA website — including texts, photos, logos, product names and software — is owned by ENDORA or its licensors and protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior written consent is not permitted.

12. Changes

ENDORA reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on our website. Existing contracts remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of formation.

2. Applicabilité

3. Offre et formation du contrat

Toutes les offres sont sans engagement. Le contrat est conclu dès réception de la confirmation de commande par e-mail. Les prix sont en euros TVA incluse ; les frais d'expédition sont indiqués séparément avant la finalisation de la commande.

4. Droit de rétractation

Conformément à l'article 6:230o du Code civil néerlandais, vous avez le droit d'annuler votre commande sans motif dans un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception du produit.

• Notifiez-nous par e-mail à hello@endoravinyl.com dans le délai de rétractation.
• Les produits doivent être retournés inutilisés et dans leur état et emballage d'origine.
• Les frais de retour sont à la charge du consommateur, sauf si le produit est défectueux ou livré par erreur.
• Nous rembourserons tous les paiements (y compris les frais d'expédition initiaux) dans les 14 jours suivant la réception du retour.

Exclusions : les produits fabriqués sur commande ou personnalisés (art. 6:230p(c) Code civil néerlandais).

5. Livraison

Les délais de livraison sont indicatifs. Le risque et la propriété vous sont transférés à la livraison. ENDORA n'est pas responsable des retards dus à la douane, aux services postaux ou à un cas de force majeure.

6. Paiement

Nous acceptons Visa, Mastercard, PayPal et WERO. Les paiements sont traités de manière sécurisée via Stripe Inc. (PCI DSS). ENDORA ne conserve pas vos données de paiement complètes.

7. Conformité et garantie

Conformément à l'article 7:17 du Code civil néerlandais, les produits livrés doivent être conformes au contrat. La garantie légale pour les consommateurs est de 2 ans à compter de la livraison. Consultez notre page garantie pour plus de détails.

8. Responsabilité

La responsabilité d'ENDORA est limitée au prix d'achat du produit concerné. ENDORA n'est pas responsable des dommages indirects ou consécutifs, sauf en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave. La responsabilité pour décès ou préjudice corporel résultant d'une négligence ne peut être exclue.

9. Réclamations et litiges

Adressez vos réclamations à hello@endoravinyl.com. Nous visons une réponse sous 14 jours. Les litiges non résolus peuvent être soumis à la Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (www.thuiswinkel.org) ou à la plateforme ODR de l'UE (ec.europa.eu/odr).

10. Droit applicable

Tous les contrats sont régis exclusivement par le droit néerlandais. Les litiges sont soumis au tribunal compétent dans l'arrondissement du siège d'ENDORA, sauf si le droit impératif de protection des consommateurs de votre lieu de résidence en dispose autrement.

11. Propriété intellectuelle

Tout le contenu du site web ENDORA — textes, photos, logos, noms de produits et logiciels — est la propriété d'ENDORA ou de ses concédants de licence et est protégé par le droit d'auteur. La reproduction sans autorisation écrite préalable est interdite.

12. Modifications

ENDORA se réserve le droit de modifier ces conditions. La version la plus récente est toujours disponible sur notre site. Les contrats existants restent soumis aux conditions en vigueur au moment de leur conclusion.

2. Anwendbarkeit

Diese AGB gelten für alle Angebote von ENDORA und jeden Fernabsatzvertrag zwischen ENDORA und dem Verbraucher. Abweichungen sind nur bei ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Vereinbarung gültig.

3. Angebot und Vertragsabschluss

Alle Angebote sind unverbindlich. Ein Vertrag kommt mit dem Erhalt der Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail zustande. Preise sind in Euro inkl. MwSt.; Versandkosten werden separat ausgewiesen und sind vor Bestellabschluss sichtbar.

4. Widerrufsrecht

Als Verbraucher haben Sie gemäß Artikel 6:230o des niederländischen BGB das Recht, Ihre Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen nach Erhalt der Ware zu widerrufen.

• Informieren Sie uns innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist per E-Mail an hello@endoravinyl.com.
• Produkte sind unbenutzt und in originalem Zustand und Verpackung zurückzusenden.
• Rücksendekosten gehen zu Lasten des Verbrauchers, es sei denn, das Produkt ist defekt oder falsch geliefert.
• Rückerstattung (einschließlich ursprünglicher Versandkosten) innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang der Rücksendung.

Ausgenommen: nach Maß gefertigte oder individuell angepasste Produkte (Art. 6:230p(c) niederl. BGB).

5. Lieferung

Lieferzeiten sind unverbindlich. Gefahr und Eigentum gehen mit der Lieferung auf Sie über. ENDORA haftet nicht für Verzögerungen durch Zoll, Postdienste oder höhere Gewalt.

Wir akzeptieren Visa, Mastercard, PayPal und WERO. Alle Zahlungen werden sicher über Stripe Inc. (PCI DSS) abgewickelt. ENDORA speichert Ihre vollständigen Zahlungsdaten nicht.

7. Konformität und Garantie

8. Haftung

Die Haftung von ENDORA ist auf den Kaufpreis des betreffenden Produkts begrenzt. ENDORA haftet nicht für mittelbare oder Folgeschäden, es sei denn, es liegt Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit vor. Die Haftung für Tod oder Körperverletzung infolge von Fahrlässigkeit kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden.

9. Beschwerden und Streitigkeiten

Beschwerden richten Sie bitte an hello@endoravinyl.com. Wir streben eine Antwort innerhalb von 14 Tagen an. Ungelöste Streitigkeiten können der Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (www.thuiswinkel.org) oder der EU-ODR-Plattform (ec.europa.eu/odr) vorgelegt werden.

10. Anwendbares Recht

Alle Verträge unterliegen ausschließlich niederländischem Recht. Streitigkeiten werden dem zuständigen Gericht im Gerichtsbezirk des Sitzes von ENDORA vorgelegt, sofern zwingendes Verbraucherschutzrecht in Ihrem Wohnort nichts anderes vorschreibt.

11. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte der ENDORA-Website — Texte, Fotos, Logos, Produktnamen und Software — sind Eigentum von ENDORA oder ihrer Lizenzgeber und durch Urheberrecht geschützt. Reproduktion ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung ist nicht gestattet.

12. Änderungen

ENDORA behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB zu ändern. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist auf unserer Website verfügbar. Bestehende Verträge unterliegen den zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses geltenden Bedingungen.
